Founder

Trevor is the Principal and Founder of STREAM Architects, with over 18 years of architectural experience in Canada and Hong Kong. Throughout his career, he has worked on projects of different scales and complexities, gaining broad exposure to design, approvals, construction documentation, tendering, and construction administration.

These experiences have shaped his practical and thoughtful approach to architecture—one that values clear communication, careful coordination, and designs that respond to both the client’s vision and the realities of construction.

Raymond Fan

Raymond brings over eight years of architectural experience, with a strong focus on residential design. Throughout his career, he has worked on projects ranging from custom homes and multi-family housing to mixed-use developments, commercial projects, and interior fit-outs.

This broad exposure has shaped his practical and thoughtful approach to design. He values careful coordination, clear communication, and creating functional spaces that respond to the client’s needs and the realities of construction.
